Location is really perfect, just a short walk (15-20 mins) from Vieux Nice and Promenade des Anglais, but located just 3 mins walk from the main train station - though the area looked safe and quite quiet. Breakfast was good and staff was really helpful, we had an issue with a clogged sink on our first day and they immediately sent a plumber to fix it.

Location was perfect, walk out onto not too busy side street with numerous shops, one off boutiques, coffee places and eateries etc. About 3-5 minute to main tram line and larger well known chain stores but really friendly, not too busy and plenty to see and do. Very accessible to everything. Breakfast which was good with a plentiful supply of continental delights, toasts, croissants, pastries and also omelette or scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and the ability to do a boiled egg. Great coffee machine for a coffee machine.
