I will never ever stay with them again.

I will never ever stay with them again. Their guests are so disrespectful and no education is provided. The holiday break felt like a war. Their guests were throwing the vlothes, and towels on the floor and take the sunbed as soon as someone gets to the swimming pool.

    Absolutely recommended!

Absolutely recommended! One highlight is the food buffet, which is full of a very extensive variety of options, including local Mallorcan food. They change the menu every day. Tons of vegetarian and vegan options too. The three pools are divine, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The rooms are clean, cutely decorated, and spacious. The all inclusive menu is wonderful, with cocktails, wine, beer, sangria, and mixed liquor drinks. The cave bar is simply wonderful, with a stage for live entertainment and a view of the ocean. This place really feels like a getaway, I could have stayed for longer than 3 days! The hotel is clean, modern and luxury.

A great hotel on the beach-you have to pay for loungers.

A great hotel on the beach-you have to pay for loungers. Very quiet for families and Seniors. Most people go all inclusive- if you want to eat and drink non stop. Rooms are clean but not always well appointed- no drawers. 4 pools-cold. on a cul de sac. Taxis and buses to Palma and Magaluf. I would go again!

Great facilities , pools and beaches and amazing animation...

Great facilities , pools and beaches and amazing animation staff who seem genuinely lovely people (apart from Carlos who was a bit arrogant) Food was limited Kids club was a bit small compared to others I've seen . Late check in . Asked for a double room and instead they pushed two single beds together Great holiday though, amazing hotel and evening entertainment was great .

The views are stunning! The food is excellent and lots if choice (hot food could have been a bit warmer). The staff are lovely. Very friendly and polite. Our room on the 11th floor was lovely, clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and will definitely keep it in mind for my next holiday!

Perfect location if you like to have a mix of pool and sea! There is a small public beach located directly next to hotel (2 minute walk) and access to the sea from the hotel pool deck as well. Our room was comfortable, clean and had a gorgeous view. Our all-inclusive also allowed access to a “VIP” pool and deck on the 5th floor.

Good location. Great view out of the balcony. Pool and sea right outside of the hotel. Parking charge wasn't super expensive (5 per day) comparing to other hotels. Good location, close enough to the airport and Palma. At the same time wasn't loud in the evenings even though this area is known for the party scene.

The hotel is like an old friend having stayed there many times in the past - it’s position in a quiet bay is spectacular - the staff on reception Raquel Sonia and Juanne were excellent and attentive and offered a friendly service. George in the bar was as charming and friendly as normal.
