Böblingen is adjacent to a large industrial area but does...
Böblingen is adjacent to a large industrial area but does have a certain amount of character. There seem to be a variety of restaurants, some not currently open because of Covid 19 but we found a good Italian restaurant with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, well spaced out for Social distancing. We would definitely stop there again for an overnight if on a long drive.

If something missing there is also a shared kitchen better equipped on the ground floor. They also offer a free coffee machine in the entrance hall. You can also borrow a bike for free. It saved me few times when I was running late. Despite being at 30 min walking distance from the city centre, there are at least 5 different options of buses passing nearby the hotel going to Böblingen ZOB. Staff service is also really friendly. I recommend.

The hotel personal were very helpful and friendly especially the breakfast was really great. If you really enjoy freshly made omelette or scramble eggs just order it from the waitress and she will bring it to your table. Anyhow, the breakfast selection was very good. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and will definitely book my next stay the next time. Thank you for your hospitality 🙂👍

When selecting between this and CLASSIC same name hotel, keep in mind its the same reception but different buildings, the CLASSIC hotel has no air conditioning so choose this one if weather is hot, and its better to try classic building not in summer.AlmantasLithuania

The garden area was beautiful for sitting outside with beer and wine in afternoon. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and lounging space. Diana was lovely and the apartment was really great ! It is exactly as it is shown to the photos and even much better ! The location is 20 minutes walking to the main train station in Böblingen, which you could very easily walk ! Definitely i will return !
