gorgeous place, magnificent view from the window, silence, beautiful alpine lake, helpful and kind staff, in the morning the hotel owner at breakfast asks each guest how the last day went, the gourmet restaurant is the best on the coast. We highly recommend.

Beautiful room with lakeside view. You could have a shower with the curtains open and still see the lake
Fabulous breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. The evening meals were delicious too.
The location was superb, and we were able to use kayaks and paddle boards from the sister hotel. Very picturesque location.

A beautiful lakeside place. Not far from many sites and attractions in the lakes area (not more than an hour's drive). About 15 minutes drive from Bad Ischl. The town closes very early in tbe evening.

I spent there a week of which 3 days were raining an 3 were clear. In the sunny days I had 3 excusions in the mountains and to Hallstatt. Ebensee is a very good starting point for different attractions (cable car lines, lake cruises, museums and other) which are availabe on spot or in the 15-45 minures car drive. The hotel was easy to find with the car and the check-in was also pretty easy. There was no staff at the reception but we could pick up our keys from the counter. The room was comfy and spacious for 3 persons with 2 showers in the room! The breakfast was very nice and everything was available and tasty. The staff was friendly!MartinAustria

Hosts were friendly, and the room was large with a nice balcony, and the bed comfy. The location is great for people using public transportation, only 5 minutes walk from the Ebensee Landungsplatz railway station and the ferry harbour. Breakfast really amazing. You never see such a breakfast in smallish places like this. It had a lot of homemade stuff, like bread and hummus. Yum!
