Caiman 3 is a nice, clean little apartment. They also have larger ones, Caiman 1 and 2. Best of all was the owner Carlos and his son Steven, who were more than happy to show their guests around Tortuguero, arrange trips, and everything else one might need or be interested in; Carlos would help arrange it promptly! Highly recommend this place!

The hosts, Oscar and Karen, were superbly welcoming and friendly. Our favourite stay in all of Costa Rica! Quiet clean rooms with comfortable beds, individual A/C in our room, private bathroom and good shower. Safe and private. Well-equipped kitchen and a delightful covered patio to relax. We spotted a variety of birds, iguana, and a far off monkey from there. Easy walk to stores, restaurants, the boat dock, and the Tortuguero National Park. Oscar has his on boat with a quiet trolling motor, and he gave us an early morning boat tour of the National Park canals. He’s wonderful guide at spotting wildlife- many birds, spider monkeys, caiman, lizards.

We loved the Caribbean View. The room and kitchen + shared area are nice. The best is the localisation directly in front of the ocean. It was nice having breakfast next to the sea. The beach is wild and beautiful. You walk 5 min to Tortuguero Village. So total recommendation!

We had a little cottage at the back of the Casa with three bedrooms, and a living / kitchen area. There was aircon or a fan in all bedrooms which was definitely welcomed! The cottage was clean and the beds comfortable. Carmen is lovely - very welcoming and helpful with all our questions. She booked three different tours for us which were well priced and excellent.
