Location was excellent. There were assorted diverse bars and restaurants located along the road nearby. Quite a bohemian and arty feel. Great for the marina and pier area. Easy parking and drive is a straight line from apartments. Super museums. We chose to Valet park so no problems parking and walking to apartment. We just parked in front and staff parked it for us! The apartment had everything you need for a city stay including dishwasher, fridge freezer, balcony, air con etc. We were amazed at the value and location of these super roomy apartments. All staff were friendly, professional and polite. Beautiful city.

Valet and Reception staff were very friendly, The suite was nicely furnished, clean, body care products + linens were plentiful, and the partial ocean view was nice. Set yourself up for a perfect breakfast on the balcony with a trip to Ori's Bakery & Cafe, they have divine sweet and savory pastries plus fantastic key lime pie.

The rooms are amazing, they are spacious, brand new and better than all the 5 star hotels i have been at. I extended my stay but had to change rooms and forgot some stuff in the fridge, by the time i got to the new room it had been moved, 99% of other hotels would have thrown it. Small touches like this made this place amazing.

We've stayed in SoBe many times and this is our new favorite. Loved the pool being right off the living room. Lots of nice touches like a bottle of wine, plenty of Nespresso pods and toiletries. The location is 100% and we like the cafe downstairs too.

Everything! So clean you felt right at home. The staff is so unbelievably friendly and helpful, not a question was too much for them. Very nice facilities such as a free cooled water dispenser, huge TV’s (for the rainy moments), a lovely terrace with view on waterways and yachts, well equipped kitchen and a pool that was impeccably clean. We’re Visiting fort Lauderdale again next year and we already know where to stay!

The location was awesome. It is about 200ft to the beach access area. The place offers beach chairs and and an umbrella, also a beach wagon to bring everything you need down to the beach easily. Screened in porch was a great place to hang out.

Lovely place. Very clean. Well equipped, with spare towels, coffee, tea, everything you might need. It is close to the convention center, with free parking, as it is inside a gated community. Instructions for checkin and checkout were a breeze with their app.

We stayed on the second floor and had a view of the ocean. It was a very short walk across the street to the beach. It was quiet, yet close to everything.
