It is not a hotel with a 24/7 reception, but the owners will proactively contact you to prepare your arrival the day before. It was very easy to contact them anytime via Whatsapp and they were very responsive to any question I had. There is a possibility to store your luggage the last day after check-out. They organized the taxi for us to the airport (reliable taxi driver who came right on time, despite our very early flight). Everything was perfect!
