Staff is very friendly and helpful (including the nice and smiling cleaning ladies who come every day). It is not a hotel with a 24/7 reception, but the owners will proactively contact you to prepare your arrival the day before. It was very easy to contact them anytime via Whatsapp and they were very responsive to any question I had. There is a possibility to store your luggage the last day after check-out. They organized the taxi for us to the airport (reliable taxi driver who came right on time, despite our very early flight). Everything was perfect!

Set in Madrid City Centre, just a 1-minute walk from the Royal Palace and 400 metres from Plaza Mayor Square, Oriente Palace offers apartments and rooms with free WiFi. Great location with a view on the Royal Palace. The apartment was clean and we liked the interior design. We came by car and there was a public underground parking right in front of us. You can book through the parking app. Very convenient.

The staff was amazing, excellent service! They helped me with a surprise for my kids' birthdays and totally exceeded my expectations. The view from our room was lovely. I would definitely love to go back and stay longer.
