This is the best place to relax before the next flight. My elderly mother flew so far alone for the first time, and the hotel staff hospitably organized a transfer - they met my mother, took her to the hotel, and in the morning before the next flight they woke her up and fed her a delicious breakfast. Then they took her back to the airport Thanks a lot!

The house were very clean and we had part of the total comfort that I could imagine. The owner of the house waited us in the airport when we arrived in Armenia and also he go with us to the airport ;and helped us with suggestions of places where we can eat. In the last day he was very gentle and went with us to the capital. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this apartment.

I have booked the room for my mom (her plane was delayed and she had to spent 10 hours on her previous interceprion and then about same time in Yerevan). Immediately after booking a staff member contacted me, asked all about whether I need transfer from the airport (I did), asked contacts of my mom, answered my questions and was super nice and polite. They met mom at the airport, provided her with a long needed rest and then made sure she was back in the airport on time for her flight (transfer and all).

Set in Pʼarakʼar, 10 km from Etchmiadzin Cathedral and 12 km from Republic Square, Tevosyan EVN Airport offers air conditioning. The apartment is newly reconstructed and clean, well located, close to Jerevan's airport. If you need to do the transfer to another flight and stay during a night (or more nights) in Jerevan, as we did, I can highly recommend. The owner is nice and polite, she can arrange a transfer from airport to the apartment for very good price. We traveled with our children and they received lots of gifts, sweets and fruit as well as home made limonade. If we travel to Jerevan we will defintly come back again. The owner came to the apartment to assure a trasfer for us back to the airport at 3.30 a.m. as we had following flight at 5.40! She slept only few hours to be sure we get well to the airport And on time! Amazing!

It is really very near to the airport, like 5 minutes drive, and this is absolutely great when you have a short layover between the flights but longer than just to stay at the airport. Brand new! Clean and comfortable! Very helpful staff!
