Personalul a fost extrem de amabil, desi ora la care am ajuns la hotel era tarzie , localul fiind de altfel unul smart . Cu certitudine cand vom mai ajunge in Mondsee vom dori sa ne cazam din nou in acest loc exceptional.

Just 50 metres from the shore of Lake Irrsee, Hotel Dorferwirt features a private beach with free deck chairs and sunshades. Most rooms and apartments offer lake views, and all of them have a balcony.... Place was very nice. Nice view. very clean and comfortable. The staff was adorable. We were 6 people. Had a very nice time and we hope to go back definitely.

Also, the church where the wedding scene in the Sound of Music was filmed is just a 5-minute walk away.

Food was delicately prepared with local ingredients and a superb wine selection that staff very professionally advises on. Comfortable rooms, with zero noise and comfortable beds. The floor heating in the bathroom made our stay extra comfy. The spa is spacious and has a good selection of facilities and during our stay almost no one else used it. The hotel is walking distance to the charming town of Mondsee and is a great base to discovering the Salzkammergut.

Schlosshotel Mondsee is located in the center of Mondsee, next to the Basilica of Saint Michael, and only a 5-minute walk from the shore of Lake Mondsee. Great location at the center ,Nice professional staff and it is clean and has all the facilities to make your stay comfortable . The breakfast was great .
